Tape Head Sales & Reconditioning

ATR Services is the original supplier of Flux Magnetics heads. We also recondition all audio heads using both optical and inductance measurements to determine head life remaining. Heads can be reconditioned separately or send in the head block assembly and we will remove and re-install the heads using our optical comparator to precisely centerline your tape head back in your head block.

We recondition Ampex, Studer, MCI and Telefunken heads of all formats from 1/4" to 2" widths.
